Dear nurse educators

I hope this notice finds you well! I am a PhD student at DUT. May I request your participation in my research whose target population is nurse educators, in their capacity as lecturers or clinical facilitators. Your views will be valuable and greatly appreciated.

I have received DUT IREC Full Approval for conducting my study at the Department of Nursing [see attached]. My research study is titled: "A critical analysis of the factors influencing achievement of nurse educator competencies at selected universities in KwaZulu-Natal". I am conducting a qualitative study, which will involve the conducting of interviews with nurse educators and Heads of Department. The ultimate purpose is to develop guidelines to address identified factors.
