To Staff and Students
In an
effort to create a safe study and work environment, the University of
KwaZulu-Natal in partnership with the KZN Department of Health is currently
rolling out a campus COVID-19 Vaccination Programme. The University wishes to
obtain adequate information on staff and students with regards to participation
in the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme. You are therefore invited to participate
in this survey which will take only 5 minutes to complete.
