My name is Estelle David am a PhD student from the School of Management, IT and Governance at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. You are being invited to participate research project entitled: Students as Customers of Higher Education Institutions: Perceptions of Academics, Administrators and Students. The aim and purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between customer experience and customer satisfaction with respect to higher education by viewing students as customers at select Private and Public higher education institutions in South Africa. The study is expected to include students, academics, and administrators at select private and public Higher education institutions in KwaZulu Natal. The duration of your participation if you choose to participate and remain in the study is expected to be 10-15 Minutes. Your anonymity is guaranteed.
