BUILDING INSPECTIONS AT VARIOUS BUILDINGS - HOWARD CAMPUS

Dear Staff

Please be advised that there will be building inspections carried out by a designated team of inspectors. The inspecting team is unable to commit to timeframes; hence it is not possible to specify times. They will continue with inspections as per their schedule. You are not necessarily required to be waiting for them on those days. They will notify us should access be required for specific areas and offices. We will then arrange for an alternative date/time on an individual basis. The inspections are related to the revaluation purposes(i.e insured value) of the building as a whole regarding our insurance premiums. They are not assessing repairs that may be needed.
