Due to the pandemic we are facing I am unable to come to you face to face. However, I humbly myself before you and ask you to take part in my study that involves research in ‘human resource practices and transformation agenda’. The aim and purpose of this research is to develop a framework for strategic alignment of HR practices with the University of KwaZulu-Natal transformation agenda.
