Critical Food Studies Indaba
What is
“critical food studies” (CFS)? And how does it challenge, expand or build on
the work that many academics and scholars currently do on food security?
This
interactive event involves the three PIs of the Mellon-funded CFS programme
engaging with all interested postgraduate students, new generation scholars,
junior academics and established academics about the value and potential of
this exciting new field of research in South Africa.
