PAPER BASED STUDENT EVALUATIONS FOR 2ND SEMESTER 2018
All staff conducting student evaluaitons to please note the following:
- The questionnaire with the flipped scale MUST be used i.e. the scale starting from strongly agree to strongly disagree. If you do not have a copy of this questionnaire, it can be obtained from Rani Chunder on chunderm@ukzn.ac.za
- All paper based evaluations MUST reach QPA offices withing 5 working days from when the evlauation is done. Please note that late evaluations will not be accepted
- PLEASE NOTE: Qpa reports are NOT generated for Moodle metacourses (i.e. Moodle courses which draw student enrolments from multiple ITS codes). In order to receive a report QPA questionnaires must be added to CHILD COURSES IN MOODLE (i.e. courses with codes that exist in ITS). alternatively, lecturers must do their individual evaluations using paper based system and not online
- A completed cover sheet must accompany the evaluation with the following details: the full name of the lecturer, email address, module code, campus and semester
- lecturers are urged to conduct their evlauations online but this is not compulsory
