The JET Programme seeks to enhance internationalisation in Japan by promoting mutual understanding between the people of Japan and those of other nations. The Programme aims to enhance foreign language education and promote international exchange at the local level through the fostering of ties between Japanese youth and foreign youth alike.

On Friday 7^th September 2018, officials of the Japanese Embassy will be conducting promotional event for the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme at KZN University.

This will a take place 12:00 hours in the Howard College Theatre on Howard College Campus.
