About the Campaign

Being successful at Allan Gray is a journey.

It takes more than being talented and smart to achieve this.

It takes grit.

Grit is developed over time, and has proved to be an invaluable trait if one is to succeed in anything of significance.

Through a dedicated Facebook and Google search campaign aimed at final year students across the country, we factored for graduates across various academic disciplines in search for the kind of roles we’re offering. We also want to build on the concept throughout the year in order to entrench, among students, the kind of applicant we are looking for. To create on-going momentum, the campaign will be activated through existing initiatives like the on-campus career fairs. This will create more applications and awareness about our brand.
