Mycobacterial Genetics Course

Discover bacteriophages that may contribute towards the treatment of tuberculosis.

Gain laboratory experience in:

  • Isolation, characterisation and visualisation of novel bacteriophages;
  • Gene discovery and genome annoation;
  • Construction of defined mutants of mycobacteria;
  • Research methods, experimental design & data interpretation.
