Clinic on Dynamical Approaches to Infectious Disease Data:  10-16 December 2017, Jacksonville and Yulee, FL

Request for Applications (Deadline: 15 September 2017)

 

The International Clinics on Infectious Disease Dynamics and Data (ICI3D) Program invites applications for the sixth annual Clinic on Dynamical Approaches to Infectious Disease Data (DAIDD), which will be held in Jacksonville and Yulee, Florida (USA) on 10-16 December 2017.

 

Applicants should be public health professionals (including researchers, students, and clinicians) or population biologists studying infectious diseases, should have limited (or no) prior modelling experience, and should want to learn about dynamic models as tools to inform data collection, analysis, and interpretation. The Clinic is particularly appropriate for those in the process of developing new research projects related to infectious disease epidemiology.

 

Funding is available for a limited number of participants. For more information, please see the Request for Applications (attached). The application deadline for applicants based in Africa is 15 September.
