You are invited to participate in my students' PhD project on e-learning. The research topic is "A Model for Measuring E-Learning Systems Success in South African Universities: A case study of the University of Kwazulu-Natal (UKZN)".The purpose of this survey is to solicit information from ICS staff members regarding the Moodle system at UKZN. The information you provide me will go a long way in helping me identify the possible correlation. This survey should only take 10 minutes to complete. In the survey you are asked to indicate what is true for you, so there is no right or wrong answer.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
