Visiting Lecturers in Classics
The Classics Programme hosts the visit of Professor Ewen Bowie (University of Oxford) and Professor Lucia Athanassaki (University of Crete), who will present the following papers on Monday, 27 October 2014:
10:00: Professor Ewen Bowie: Greek culture in Arrian's Bithynia
11:00: Professor Lucia Athanassaki: Xenophon's Simonides
The venue will be the Committee Room, Classics Department, Room GO 12A, Ground Floor, MTB, Howard College Campus.
