New Application Form for all Users of UKZN Biomedical Research Ethics Committee
All applicants to the UKZN Biomedical Research Ethics Committee are advised that a new application form has been approved and is now available on the BREC website at http://research.ukzn.ac.za/Research-Ethics/Biomedical-Research-Ethics.aspx
Applications, including postgraduate applications for full review, must be submitted on the new form. Applications on outdated forms will be rejected after 31st August 2014.
Applicants are also advised that there is a new form for applications for EXEMPTION from ethics review also now available on the BREC website.
A revised form for applications for expedited review will also be posted in due course.
