"The Woman Who Loves Giraffes" Documentary Screening
On Thursday, 30 July 2026, there will be a documentary screening of "The Woman Who Loves Giraffes". It is the story of Dr Anne Innis Dagg, who was the world's first giraffologist. She was a Canadian zoologist who authored many books and was a feminist who challenged gender bias in academia. Her daughter, Mary Dagg, from The Anne Innis Dagg Foundation, will be attending and speaking about her mother. All are welcome to attend, and entry is free.
