FOR THE ATTENTION OF ACADEMIC STAFF IN THE DISCIPLINES OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT

Dear Agriculture Division Colleagues

The Dean and Head of School of the School of Agriculture and Science at the University of KwaZulu-Natal has identified the need to develop a comprehensive turnaround strategy for the Agriculture Division. To support this process, a task team is collecting input from staff members to ensure that the strategy is evidence-based, inclusive, and aligned with the Division’s priorities and future direction.

Your input is important in helping the task team develop a robust and responsive turnaround strategy. To facilitate this process, the team has developed a short online questionnaire for academic staff.

Before completing the questionnaire, please read and sign the attached Informed Consent Form. Please note that questionnaire responses will remain anonymous. However, it is important that the number of signed consent forms corresponds with the number of completed questionnaires. 

The study protocols have been approved by the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee (HSSREC/00010375/2026).
