What is Play Therapy?

 
Play therapy helps children express their emotions, build self-esteem, and cope with difficult situations — all through the natural language of play.
Each session is tailored to meet the emotional and developmental needs of your child.

Who can attend:
Children aged 4–9 years of UKZN staff members

Details:

• Start Date: August 2025

• Venue: Office 2, Frank Bush Annex, Pietermaritzburg Campus, UKZN

• Sessions: Limited to only 3 children per group
  (Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis)
