You are being invited to consider participating in a study that involves research on “The influence of organisational culture on the relationship between employee engagement and organisational learning. The aims and purpose of the study are to explore the influence of organisational culture on the relationship between employee engagement and organisational learning.Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. The online survey should take between 8-10 minutes to complete.

I have been full ethical clearance by the UKZN Humanities and Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee (Protocol reference number: HSSREC/00007918/2024) as per attached. I have also attached the gatekeepers letter and the informed consent form. Your anonymity will be maintained by the researcher and the School of Management, I.T. & Governance and your responses will not be used for any purposes outside of this study.
