Student Support Services (SSS) is committed to supporting you for success. We have designed a Wellness Assessment to timeously identify your needs and address factors impacting your wellness.
 
You will receive a welcome letter and invitation to access the wellness assessment, via your student email.

Kindly search your emails using the word “OnBase” and you will find the email which contains your unique link and directs you to the assessment.

Please see attached poster for instructions on how to access the wellness assessment.
