Dear Colleagues

The Human Resources Division conducted an Employee Engagement Survey (EES) to:

• -        Understand the areas where employees are engaged; and
• -        Identity areas that need improvement.

Based on the results of the survey, the Human Resources Division will facilitate focus group sessions across the University to:

• -        Triangulate the EES results with the outcome of the Focus Group meetings
• -        Discuss and identify the potential areas for improvement; and
• -        Develop action plans to address the findings.
