11TH ANNUAL UKZN AMS COLLOQUIUM THEMED – STUDENT VOICE AS A CONTRIBUTOR TO STUDENT SUCCESS: CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Dear
Staff and Students
The
UKZN Teaching & Learning Office (UTLO) cordially invites you to submit
abstracts for presentation at the 11th ANNUAL UKZN AMS COLLOQUIUM on
20 November 2024.
About
the Colloquium
The annual AMS Colloquium brings
together student support practitioners, academics, students, researchers and
all key stakeholders, with student success as a focus area to reflect on
experiences, successes, challenges, and new developments. The overall aim of
learning from our collective experiences is to reduce student attrition while
improving student retention and throughput. Even though the student voice may
not always be articulated or heard, it is present and has the potential
to feed into institutional student support programmes.
Students (undergraduate and
postgraduate), student support practitioners, academics and researchers are
invited to submit abstracts. The closing date for submission is 22 July
2024. There will be a pre-colloquium online workshop on 19th
November 2024.
the AMS Colloquium website for more details on abstract submission, the online
pre-colloquium workshop, and registration.
